Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which was modern, clean, and conveniently located near the Forbidden City. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was genuinely friendly throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the diverse buffet breakfast, but I did find the room storage a bit lacking and the bathroom ventilation could use some improvement. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, close to the Forbidden City and vibrant Wangfujing area, which was perfect for exploring. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering nice views, but the cleanliness left something to be desired in terms of vacuuming. The breakfast was impressive in variety but quite pricey, and the service, while friendly, struggled with communication at times. Overall, it's a decent place, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is centrally located and just a short walk from major attractions like The Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Eric at the Concierge Desk, who assisted with all our transportation needs. The room was clean and offered a lovely view, making it a comfortable place to unwind. However, the noise from nearby construction in the mornings disrupted our peace a bit. Overall, it was an excellent experience with some minor setbacks.
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The staff, especially at the concierge, were incredibly helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Beijing's major attractions. The room was clean and spacious, making our stay very comfortable. However, I did find the dining options a bit lacking, particularly for specific dietary needs. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with just a couple of minor hiccups.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, blessed with a fantastic location that made exploring Beijing so easy. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I did find the thermostat a bit tricky at times. The staff provided stellar service that enhanced the experience, and the dining options were impressive, especially the main restaurant. However, I did notice the instant coffee could be better, and the lobby restaurant was pricier than expected.
